The Georgia rule
A dog owner can be responsible if the dog was vicious or dangerous and the owner carelessly managed it or let it go at liberty. Proof that the owner knew of the danger can be shown through prior incidents, or in some cases by violation of a local leash law.

- Witnesses and neighbors who knew the dog
- Photos of injuries over time
